We recommend scheduling your newborn's first appointment within the first week after birth. This allows us to perform an initial health assessment and address any concerns you may have as a new parent.

How often should my child have a check-up?

For the first year, we typically see infants at 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months. After the first year, check-ups are usually scheduled at 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, and then annually thereafter.

What should I bring to my child's appointment?

Please bring your child's health card, any medications they are currently taking, their immunization record, and a list of any questions or concerns you may have.

When should I keep my child home from school?

Common reasons to keep your child home include fever over 100.4°F (38°C), vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, persistent cough, or contagious conditions like conjunctivitis or strep throat.
